Bup Labs LLC makes every reasonable effort to ensure its products meet high standards of quality and durability. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, standard Bup Labs manufactured products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase for products shipped within the continental United States and ninety (90) days for products shipped outside the continental United States. Products designated on the product page as carrying a Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered only when shipped within the continental United States and remain subject to the applicable warranty limitations and exclusions. Return Policy
Eligible U.S. customers may request a return of eligible mount kits, mount bases, and mount arms within 14 days after order delivery. If the delivery date is unavailable, the request must be made within 17 days of order fulfillment. Eligible international customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery, or within 30 days of order fulfillment if the delivery date is unavailable. Unless defective, returned items must be new, unused, complete with all hardware and tools, and in their original packaging. (continued)
