Bup Labs ships to many countries in the world. The list of countries we ship to is listed below. If no shipping options are available for your country, it means that we currently do not ship to that location.
ATTENTION EU Customers - Beginning July 1, 2022, the European Union has enacted a new law that mandates the collection of VAT (Value Added Taxes) to all imports regardless of the value and source. Even though Bup Labs has no physical presence in the EU, we must either collect these taxes or pass this along to the purchaser. Bup Labs has decided NOT to collect these taxes from you when placing an order with us. This means you will may be responsible for the VAT upon receipt. In general, this amount will be between 4-10% of the purchase price but it depends solely on the tax rate for your country. This law applies only to member countries of the European Union.

Carrier calculated shipping costs are available using DHL and UPS. Delivery using this method varies depending on the service selected but is usually no more than 7-days.
All shipments are sent as FOB Destination. Simply put, this means the buyer assumes responsibility for their purchased goods when the item tracking shows it has been delivered. This includes customs holding facilities.
We cannot ship to parcel lockers or freight forwarders. In general, our order page will attempt to prevent orders with destinations of this type. Freight forwarders may attempt to circumvent the approved international shipping locations and are not allowed. If your order is placed with a destination address of this type, our system may automatically cancel the order.
The list of supported international shipping locations are shown below. Destination countries and zones may be added or removed at Bup Labs sole discretion. Reasons for removal may include Government restrictions, a history of excessive broker, tariff or duty charges, or other conditions which make delivery to the country impractical or unreasonably expensive for the customer.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price, or shipping and handling charges. All import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Duties or taxes for international customers vary by country and locale. National tax authorities, and the local jurisdictions, apply various tax laws and fees when receiving imported goods. These are fees that must be settled to receive the item from the carrier.
Due to the complexities and sheer number of variations involved, we cannot calculate the duties and taxes that may apply. You can check the amount required for your country at Simply Duty. Our products ship under HS Code 871499 (8714.9 Cycles; parts thereof).
We provide cost estimates using various shipping options that cover the cost of transit. Bup Labs calculates some shipping costs based on the service selected at checkout. This charge is the cost for the item to transit from our location to yours. Depending on where you live, and the service used, there may be other broker fees, customs charges or local duties required at pickup or delivery. We cannot estimate custom charges and duties in advance, due to the complexities involved.
By using the shipping charge amount we provide, along with the duties estimated by using SimplyDuty, you can determine the 'fully landed cost,' which is the total amount you will need to pay to obtain the product.
Broker fees are charges by the international carrier imposed by the company responsible for the transit. The 3rd party broker is not known to Bup Labs at the time of shipment and is assigned by the carrier. If a broker is involved, they can add charges to the delivery sometimes as high as 100% of the price of the goods! If you are being asked to pay $35 US for a $40 product, you are being charged a broker fee, not a customs fee, and you should protest the fee.
Shipping via DHL avoids broker fees. All broker charges are included with the shipping cost. Customs tariff charges are NOT included but should never exceed 5% of the price of the goods!
Please check the import rules for your country for UPS. They vary depending on the item value.
By placing an international order (shipments outside the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. It is the buyers sole responsibility to obtain applicable information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for any losses incurred.
We do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping charges for replacement parts are not included. The cost of shipping will be subtracted from any refund amount due.
We do not refund, or provide relief for, taxes, custom charges, or duties related to the shipment and recovery of your product order. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for any additional duties or customs fees necessary to collect the replacement item.
We ship all international orders with a tracking number and insurance.
If you suspect a shipment is lost, contact us. We can file a claim after 40 business days has elapsed from the time the order was handed off to the USPS. Your purchase price and shipping will be refunded. Alternatively a replacement order can be sent at no cost.
Shipments using DHL or UPS include insurance for up to $200. Lost package inquiries are possible with these shipping methods. If you believe the package is lost, please contact us.
If multiple shipments to the same location are lost, we reserve the right to refuse additional orders to that location, or customer, at Bup Labs sole discretion.
If your package was damaged in transit, take pictures and contact us. We will file a claim on your behalf. Your purchase price and shipping will be refunded. Alternatively a replacement order can be sent at no cost.
Shipments using DHL or UPS include insurance for up to $200. Please have photographic evidence ready to support a claim. Contact us to start the claim process and for a discounted replacement order.
