Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
Free shipping is available for qualifying continental U.S. orders. Multiple carrier options are available within the continental United States for non-qualifying orders. International shipping is available to select countries through DHL. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
All shipments include tracking and shipping insurance regardless of the service selected.
Orders placed by or shipped to parcel lockers, freight forwarders, or shipping brokers are non-refundable and are not covered under warranty.
P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses are supported only when shipped via USPS.
International shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the shipping charges.
