Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
Free shipping is available for all continental U.S. orders over $25. Flat rate shipping is available with USPS within the continental U.S. for orders of less than $25. Outlying U.S. states and territories may use USPS Express and other shipping services that are available. International shipping is available through DHL depending on the region. Rates are calculated based on the weight of the item and the estimated size of the required shipping container.
All order shipments are sent insured with a tracking number regardless of the service.
Orders sent to parcel lockers, freight forwarders, and shipping brokers are non-refundable and without warranty.
P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses are allowed with USPS shipping service only.
International import taxes, fees, VAT, tariffs, and other delivery fees are included (Delivery Duty Paid aka DDP).
