Return Policy
US Customers
This policy is valid for US Customers only.
We have a 14-day return policy for our mount bases and mount arms, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return. If the delivery date is unknown, you will have 17-days from the fulfillment date to request a return.
Unless defective, to be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, with all hardware and tools, and in its original packaging. Items returned incomplete or in any other condition may be subject to reduced refunds (see Refunds below).
To start a return: Log-in and navigate to your order to start the return process. This is found in your store account.
If your return is accepted, Bup Labs will provide a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once a return label has been provided, you will have 14-days to return the item to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Orders placed by or sent to shipping brokers or freight forwarders are not warranted or refundable.
International Customers
This policy is valid for International Customers only.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Only regular priced and currently available mounts and mount arms may be returned or refunded. Special sale items, clearance items, discontinued items, small accessories, parts, unwarranted, and import items are not eligible for return.
Items or item combinations (i.e., mount base and mount arm) explicitly stated as incompatible or not warranted, are not eligible for return.
Orders placed by or sent to shipping brokers or freight forwarders are not warranted or refundable.
Return Shipping
DO NOT SHIP YOUR RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA
Bup Labs will provide a shipping return label for all continental domestic orders. Certain limitations apply - see Return Shipping Fees.
To return your product, use the provided shipping label provided by Bup Labs. Write the RMA number on the shipping container and not on the item packaging. If the return reason was not due to our error and the product was not defective, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund due.
Return Shipping Fees
Bup Labs will provide return shipping return labels. Return fees may be accessed based on the reason for the return as described below:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, the order may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Orders placed by, or sent to, shipping brokers or freight forwarders are not warranted or refundable.
Full Refunds
If the item is returned in new and unused condition and within the return window, a refund will be issued for the full product purchase amount to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable (see Shipping Refunds below) and return shipping may be incurred that reduce the refund amount (see Return Shipping Fees above). Items not eligible for full refund may be eligible for a partial refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Partial Refunds
Refunds will be reduced for returned items showing signs of customer use or damage, missing parts, tools, accessories, or manuals. Certain items are not eligible for refund.

*The return window is typically 14 days for eligible items after order fulfillment unless otherwise noted for the item. Items must be returned within 14-days (30-days for international) from the issuance of a return label. Shipping Refunds
We do not refund shipping charges unless the product was found to be materially defective. Late arrivals must be claimed with the carrier. Bup Labs assumes no responsibility for the performance of the shipping carrier.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe you haven’t received your refund, check your account, then contact the payment company used for the purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the payment method used.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 15-days, please contact us at support@buplabs.com.
Exchanges (US Customers Only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
U.S. Specific Warranty
This warranty applies to products shipped to residents of the continental United States only.
Bup Labs LLC makes every effort to ensure its products meet high standards of quality and durability.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- Standard Bup Labs manufactured products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Products specifically designated as Lifetime Warranty products are warranted to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product, subject to the limitations described below. Lifetime Warranty coverage is limited to a maximum of two (2) replacement claims per original product purchased.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting directly or indirectly from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations performed outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.
We shall in no event be liable for injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Warranty Claims
To exercise this warranty, we may request that the product or part be returned with transportation charges prepaid. We may alternatively request photographs of the damaged item in lieu of its return. A description of the issue must accompany all warranty claims.
If our inspection verifies a defect covered under this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:
- repair the product;
- replace the product; or
- refund the purchase price if a replacement cannot be readily provided.
Repaired or replacement products will be returned at our expense within the continental United States.
If we determine that no defect exists or that the damage resulted from causes outside the scope of this warranty, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
International Warranty
This warranty applies to products shipped outside of the continental United States only.

Bup Labs LLC makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Products designated as Lifetime Warranty are covered by that warranty only when shipped to addresses within the continental United States. All products shipped outside the continental United States are covered solely by this International Warranty.
This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or due to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To exercise this warranty, we may ask for pictures of the broken item in lieu of returning the item. An explanation must accompany the complaint. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will, at our election, either repair or replace the product, or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide a replacement. If we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
Replacement items for international warranty claims will incur a shipping surcharge not to exceed US $50.
Lifetime Warranty benefits, including replacement coverage, are not available for products shipped outside the continental United States, regardless of product labeling or advertising.
Lifetime Warranty Limitations
Products designated as carrying a Lifetime Warranty are covered only for defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use by the original purchaser.
Lifetime Warranty coverage:
- is non-transferable;
- is limited to the original purchaser;
- is limited to two (2) replacement claims for each original product purchased;
- does not renew or restart when a replacement product is issued; and
- remains subject to all Warranty Limitations and Warranty Exclusions below.
Warranty Limitations
The use of third-party modifications or any item that alters the intended design or use of our products voids this warranty.
We warrant only the products we manufacture when installed and used as described in our published instructions. The buyer assumes all risks and responsibility for any device or attachment used in conjunction with our products.
Warranty Exclusions
Special sale items, clearance items, discontinued items, small accessories, replacement parts, and imported items are not covered under the standard Bup Labs warranty unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable warranty period, if any, will be indicated on the product page.
Imported products display their country of origin within the product description.
Products ordered by or shipped to freight forwarders or shipping brokers are not covered under this warranty.
