NOTE: No mount arm is needed for GoPro, similarly attached devices, or the Garmin eRTL615, but a safety tether is recommended.
This is our newest 7th generation direct mount base for Fizik ICS equipped saddles (see pictures). The mount uses the OEM accessory slot (ICS slot) on certain equipped Fizik saddles. Look for a removable name plate on the back of the saddle to determine if your saddle has the ICS slot (see below for more details). The mount is designed to securely position a Garmin Varia, Magene radar, or camera for optimal visibility and operation.

This mount is intended for use with bicycles used on paved or relatively smooth unpaved surfaces. Our mounts can be used with electric bikes up to class 3. ASTM International standard F2043-13. |
7th Generation Improvements
| Based on user feedback, and when paired with a TC mount arm, the mount point towards the saddle can be reduced by 25 mm (1 in). This increases the leg over clearance and makes it less likely to catch the mount when mounting and dismounting the bike. |  |

Based on community feedback, we replaced the lock screw with a Nyloc screw with built in threadlocker. We also replaced the neck nut with a locknut. All screws are now heavier cap head screws making them much harder to strip and easier to tighten. These changes eliminate the need for messy threadlockers while preventing screw loosening. |

| The TC arm for Garmin or Magene paired with the Fizik mount base moves the center of gravity below the rotational point. This means the Varia applies less torque on the quarter-turn insert and will be less likely to rotate under heavy impacts. |  |

Saddle Compatibility
This mount is compatible with saddles that have a compatible built in ICS slot. If your saddle does not have this, this mount will not work. Use an Anatra mount instead. Not all ICS slots will work, some are closed-back - check the compatibility article for details.

What are these products made out of?
Our mounts are made from a new state-of-the-art material called bio-plastic that is derived from plants instead of petroleum. It is stronger than traditional plastic and able to withstand repeated impacts better. Some components are made from injection molded plastic or steel.
Where are your products made?
We source all raw materials, manufacture the primary components, assemble, and package the products in the United States. Some accessory items or minor components are imported (noted in the product details).
