Updated Garmin Mount Arms
We have developed new, stronger mount arms and have switched manufacturing processes to introduce more durable Garmin mount arms. The new arms can take an immense amount of repeated stress. We also switched material suppliers and now use a new stronger material that also reduced the weight of the arms by 10%.
New Arm for Cygolite® Hotshot Pro lights
We are happy to release a new arm for the awesome Hotshot Pro 200 lights. These are great lights and should be placed up high for even greater visibility.
Voluntary Replacement Offer
Voluntary Replacement Offer 2019-07-08 Issue: If you purchased one of our original mounts for fi'zi:k saddles, an early Gen 5 mount, or an early Garmin arm for UMS. These items may be eligible for a free replacement. Why? Original mount materials can become brittle and break. Early Garmin arms can fatigue and crack. Information: The original mounts were made from a polymer that can become brittle over time and fail. Newer mounts made after November 2018 are made with a different material that is not affected. Under certain conditions, early Garmin arms can fatigue and crack above the screw line....
New Safety Tether Added
Based on feedback and requests, we have developed a safety tether for lights and other attached devices. A tether hoop attaches to the device with an adhesive backing. The tether cord is wrapped around the saddle or seat post and clipped to the tether hoop. The whole setup allows for quick removal and an added level of security.
