UMS™ for Arkel Randonneur Rack®

This mount allows UMS™ arms to be mounted to a Arkel Randonneur Seat Post Rack®.  It uses a single hex bolt with a lock nut to hold the mount securely in place.  The mount allows for ample clearance for Garmin mounts, GoPro cameras, and other accessories when combined with the proper UMS mount arm.
